    After 8-10 years of using this service, I will no longer be a patron. After they changed technicians I noticed what they were using wasn't effecrive. I had a specific issue to be sprayed for and after many complaints the product they were using was not working, they told me for the last year and a half what they had been using at my house, what I had been paying for, was NOT for the issue I had. I almost suffered an infestation but thankfully was able to contact a different provider just in time.

    Beware , I believe when they changed technicians, they must have changed products as well. I was fine for 8 years until they made this change.
